With over two decades experience as a practising psychologist, professional leader, and academic, I have a wealth of scientist-practitioner experience and bring global perspectives from international practice, teaching, and study spanning Ireland, Australia, and Canada. I weave this into my consultancy, Leadership Psychology.

My work has resulted in several lifetime achievement awards including being named Scientific Fellow of both the Canadian Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. An Irish citizen, I am excited to be home in Ireland and that my journey, which started in a small rural farming village in western Canada, led me here.
